J C Designs have developed a number of innovative tools and technologies that allow us to offer direct remote support to our customers.
The remote assistance tool below allows us to take control of your PC and fix your problems. Whilst we are in control you will be able to watch everything that is happening and chat directly to your support engineer.
To begin the session we need you to download the software and install it, this is an extremely simple process and we will talk you through it. We can only take control of your machine when you run the software and the software will automatically remove itself from your machine at the end of the support session.
